About

The bridge between business and the platforms that bill it

I'm a senior BSS architect and delivery leader. For most of my career I've sat between business stakeholders, product, finance, engineering and technology vendors — translating what the business needs into practical platform solutions, clear priorities and delivery plans that actually land.

At Zong (China Mobile Pakistan) I grew from IT executive to Head of Department for BSS-IT, owning a portfolio of 20+ programs across billing, CRM and revenue platforms, rolling out digital products such as the MyZONG app (17M+ users), and building a team of 80+ IT professionals.

Today I run my own consultancy, Sher Nabi Khan IT Solutions, based in Finland. Through it I provide BSS and Information Security Principal Architect services to MVNO and MVNE companies. Most recently I architected an end-to-end in-house BSS portfolio covering online charging (OCS), Multi-IMSI and information security. I also deliver IT services to healthcare companies in the UAE and consultancy projects in Finland.

A full CRM replacement for one of Pakistan's largest mobile operators, delivered with AsiaInfo, Huawei and Teamsun. I led the BSS side of the program, from requirements and vendor governance through to go-live.
